# Letter templates

Letters use merge fields so that the Process Engine can automatically pull through details onto the document. The file type accepted for Letters is Docx.

# How to add a letter template

  1. Select the +Add Template button.
  2. Complete the fields and select Save.
  3. Select Browse to locate the Docx file to upload.
  4. Once done select Save.

# How to update a letter template

  1. Navigate to the template and select view.
  2. Replace the template with an alternative file by selecting Browse.
    • Optional steps:
      • Amend the folder the template belongs to.
      • Amend the name of the template.
