This page is a list of teams currently on the Process Engine. On this page, users can create bespoke email signatures and manage team members.

Creating an email signature for a team is fully customisable using our embedded editor as seen below.

Assigning users to a team

To assign a user to a team, there are two sections users should pay attention to, ‘Assign Members’ and ‘Assigned Members’.

Assign members

This section allows users to assign an individual to a team by searching for the user and selecting the Assign button.

Assigned members

This is a list of users assigned to a team. Member details can be amended and saved using the Save Member Details button. To remove users from the team select Remove.
